IT'S SHOWTIME

Well the time for talking has come to an end.
Its time to go!!!!
The weather looks average and a cold snap is promised.
Thanks need to be said to the wife who has put up with me training every spare moment. I love you.
Sorry to the boy who i have neglected a little bit.
Thank you to the canoe club of Sheffield for your help, my company who have sponsored me and all the other people that have given money ( nearly 2 grand) and time to this event.

1 - I have just spent 7 days in America at the high altitude training camp in California ready for the mission.
or 2 - I have just been on my holidays to the USA.
